December is nearly here and Christmas is right around the corner. As the Holiday Season begins many celebrate using the gift of music, and Sinclair is no exception.
Sinclair’s concert season is underway, offering performances and concerts from talented musicians that are free and open to anyone who would like to listen, and everyone who wants to enjoy some music of the holidays is invited.

The first concert Sinclair is hosting this December is “Sounds of the Season” at Sinclair’s Centerville Campus. This annual tradition will feature many musical groups including the Sinclair Jazz Ensemble, the Sinclair Chorale, as well as other students and faculty of the Sinclair Music Department.
It is the latest part of the Music Department’s commitment to offering students, faculty and the community a wide variety of musical events throughout the year.
Other groups that will also be featured in “Sounds of the Season” are local ensembles from gifted youth in the local area. These include the Springboro High School Choir as well as the Choirs of Kettering High School and Fairmont High School.
“Sounds of the Season” will take place on Dec. 7 at the Centerville campus auditorium. The auditorium has plenty of seating and all are welcome to come.
The concert begins at 3 p.m. and is expected to last approximately an hour and a half. The campus is located at 5800 Clyo Road and admission is completely free, so don’t hesitate to come and enjoy the holiday music of Sinclair.
