Sinclair students are gearing up for the 2026 Student Summit, hosted by the new Resiliency Center on March 25.
In addition to a catered lunch, students will have the option of choosing from three different pathways or mixing and matching presentations. Each track is designed to help students transition to their next right steps by exploring strategies for resilience and pathways for their education and careers.

Career Pathway will be presented by the Work-Based Learning office and provide students information about internships. This will be followed by Network to Next, described by the event as a “fun, interactive session to help students build confidence and practical networking skills though engaging activities.”
Resilience Track involves Applying the Four Agreements to Achieve a Success Mindset, which teaches students core principles of Don Miguel Ruiz’s “Four Agreements” to cultivate a resilient mindset for academic and personal success.
A second lecture on Distress Tolerance will coach students in stress reduction, help them improve decision-making, and support healthier responses to academic, social and personal challenges.
Classroom Path will explore good habits to maintain academic success, including study skills.
The Summit will be held from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. in the Conference Center of building 12.
