Sinclair College is often hailed for its affordability, range of programs and commitment to student success. However, since Sinclair is mainly a two year institution, students pursing certain bachelor’s degrees must find a new home to finish their schooling.
Thankfully, Sinclair has partnered with some of the top local universities to make your dreams a reality. Here are the top seven universities participating.
Wright State University
Sinclair College partners with the Wright State University for the Wright Path Program. This program has almost fifty articulation agreements ensuring a fully defined plan for earning both degrees in four years.

When you participate in this program, you get access to academic advising from both Wright State and Sinclair College. There is also a transfer scholarship package available with no extra application needed for students who enroll in the Wright Path program.
University of Dayton
The University of Dayton partners with Sinclair for the UD Sinclair Academy. This program, like the Wright Path, offers over 100 pathways to choose from.

Students who join the academy are automatically considered for merit scholarships ranging from $17,000 up to $27,000. As a member of the academy, you will also be eligible for additional funding including up to $500 per semester for your textbooks.
University of Cincinnati
The University of Cincinnati is the second most frequent destination for Sinclair transfers. UC has twenty-four articulation agreements with Sinclair, which is the highest number of agreements with any community college.

UC leverages personalized academic advising from a partnership advisor to ensure a smooth transition. Sinclair College graduates will be considered for the Sinclair Community College Pathways scholarship if they have earned their associate degree within the last two years and have a 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA.
Eligible students may receive a $2,500 annual scholarship. University of Cincinnati records an impressive 93% of students being employed or engaged in post graduate activities such as graduate school, military or Peace Corps within six months of graduation.
Miami University
Miami University is ranked second in the nation for its commitment to undergraduates and has over 21,200 undergraduate students on three campuses. Miami University also partners Sinclair to provide a seamless transfer to earn a bachelor’s degree at Miami University.

To transfer to Miami University after Sinclair, students must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher. Sinclair graduates are given priority consideration for Miami transfer scholarships. Sinclair students also get a waiver of Miami’s $50 transfer application fee.
Ohio University
Ohio University is partnered with Sinclair College for 10 articulation agreements.

While offering the traditional “2+2” transfer pathway for Sinclair students, or two years at Sinclair followed by two years at Ohio University. OU also provides a unique “3 + 1” degree plan for a bachelor’s degree in Technical and Applied Studies, where students can study for three years at Sinclair’s lower tuition rate before finishing the fourth year as an Ohio University student in an online format.
Students do not ever have to leave the Dayton area. Transfer students also get access to transfer scholarships as well as other merit-based scholarships.
Franklin University
Located in Columbus, Franklin University offers a special pathway program for transfer students from Sinclair. The Pathway Portal is an innovative, user-friendly online tool that provides students with real-time information on how their associate degree credits apply toward each of Franklin’s bachelor’s programs to create a cost-effective and seamless transfer experience.

Students who take part in this program get a tuition rate of $298 per credit hour at Franklin and meet eligibility requirements. Franklin University also provides a “3+1” transfer program.
Antioch University
Antioch University also provides several pathways for Sinclair students, ranging from liberal studies to applied technology. With 100% of the undergraduate programs consisting of transfer students, the small class sizes, personalized advising and flexible learning formats give students a degree option to fit their lives.

Antioch University provides a range of scholarships to help ease financial burden of students. Antioch focuses on adult learners and social justice-oriented programs.
