A couple of weeks ago, I stumbled upon a trailer for the movie “Where the Wild Things Are.” It’s an adaption of the classic children’s book of the same name.
I am usually not a fan of making blockbuster movies out of children’s books. For example, look at “Jumanji” that starred Robin Williams. I loved the movie, but when I read the book that it was based on, I was a bit disappointed. The movie basically took the premise of the game and made there own story out of it.
On the other hand, I’m a lot more excited to see the movie adaption of “Where the Wild Things Are.”
You know why?
First, the movie is directed by Spike Jonze.
Secondly, the movie is being directed by Spike Jonze.
And thirdly, Spike Jonze is directing this movie.
