Fortunately, Ohio has many destinations and activities that are well worth a visit for a fun spring break getaway. Whether you are into sports and the outdoors, or indoor gatherings and events, there’s always something new to find and enjoy.
Old Man’s Cave

One of the most popular areas of Hocking Hill State Park, Old Man’s Cave features numerous trails that run near several creeks, falls, caves and wooded areas that allow hikers to see the splendor of the natural world found in the Buckeye state.
The park is pet and family friendly, so no matter who you are or who you bring, Old Man’s Cave has something for you. It’s also just one of the many sites that Hocking Hill State Park has to offer. The park is located on State Route 664 in Logan, OH 43138, approximately two hours east of Dayton.
Short North Arts District
In Columbus the Short North Arts District has so much to offer that planning where to go is half the fun. Those with a passion for art can find galleries and exhibits, those looking for a nightlife scene can find bars and diners, those interested in local history can find tours and parks, and those who enjoy shopping will have plenty of options.

High quality lodging is available, so no matter what you’re looking for your stay will be excellent. The district is located along North High Street in Columbus, OH 43201, just over an hour northeast of Dayton.
Cincinnati Zoo
One of the oldest and most foundational zoos in the country, the Cincinnati Zoo features over 400 species of animals and the Botanical Garden features over 3000 species of plants.

It is also at the forefront of conservation and sustainability efforts to help wildlife and ensure future generations get to experience and enjoy these remarkable living beings.
Visitors will get to see many extraordinary animals and see the full diversity of life. The Cincinnati Zoo is located at 3400 Vine St in Cincinnati, OH 45220, approximately an hour southwest of Dayton.
National Museum of the United States Airforce
