On March 2, Self Defense Instructor Wayne Dumolt led a lecture about the importance of self-defense and how to defend yourself during an attack.

The lecture and demonstration were held at the Sinclair College Library, where Dumolt explained why learning self-defense is important.
“Everyone has the right to defend themselves,” he said. “We all have the right to live peacefully and at the same time, nobody has the right to take that away from us.”
