Wacongo Dance Company hosts workshop at Sinclair

The Pittsburgh-based Wacongo Dance Company hosted a lecture and demonstration at Sinclair Community College on April 6. The workshop was a part of Culture Builds Community, an event series by Cityfolk. During the workshop students, faculty and other attendees were encouraged to get up and dance with the company on stage. The audience members also participated in a traditional African chant.
