Cline Award for employee excellence. Currently, he serves as the executive director of the City of Dayton’s Human Relations Council (H.R.C.).

Harmony and Loura welcome Professor Amaha Sellassie, a key figure in the Dayton community. He is a community builder, peace advocate, and social justice activist. As the co-founder and president of the Gem City Market’s board of trustees, he works to combat food apartheid by improving access to fresh produce in West Dayton. Additionally, he serves on various local organizations and is a sociology professor at Sinclair College.
