Troy Strawberry Festival
One of the region’s most popular traditions returns June 7-8 in downtown Troy. The Troy Strawberry Festival attracts thousands of visitors each year with strawberry-themed treats, arts and crafts, vendors, live events and family-friendly activities.

Festivalgoers can enjoy everything strawberry-flavored including shortcakes, funnel cakes, popcorn and strawberry donuts. The strawberry donuts are a fan favorite every year, often drawing long lines.

Dayton Seafood Fest
Seafood lovers can head to the Brightside Music and Event Venue on June 21 for the fourth annual Seafood Fest. The festival features shrimp, crab, lobster and other seafood favorites from local vendors.

Hunger Days Blueberry Festival
The Hunger Days Blueberry Festival takes place Aug. 1 at Hobson Freedom Park in Fairborn. Much like the beloved Troy Strawberry Festival, this event is a dream destination for blueberry lovers.

Englewood Art Festival
The 52nd annual Englewood Art Festival returns Aug. 8-9 at Centennial Park. This long-running festival showcases art, craftsmen, food vendors and live entertainment from across the region.
Festivalgoers can browse handmade artwork, watch demonstrations, and enjoy family-friendly activities while supporting local artists and businesses.
Dayton African American Cultural Festival
The Dayton African American Cultural Festival returns Aug. 15 at Island MetroPark. The event is structured to celebrate African American culture through music, dance, art, food and educational exhibits.
Community members gather each year to honor cultural traditions while supporting local artists, performers and Black-owned businesses.
Dayton Vegan Food and Drink Festival
While many food and drink festivals offer sweet treats and food including animal products, the Dayton Vegan Food and Drink Festival will conclude the summer season Sept. 20 at Courthouse Square.
