Today, Sinclair hosted The 49th Annual Writers’ Workshop that ran from 9:30 a.m to 4:30 pm in both Tartan Marketplace Room 7006 and Zoom. A total of four presenters spoke throughout the day, one of them being Author De’Shawna Yamini, an ex-Sinclair professor and coordinator for a Black man student success initiative, as she gave the audience publishing tips and read them her book, “If She Can Do It, I Can, Too!”
