During construction traffic flow will be reduced and sometimes re-directed. Parking meters will be unavailable on these streets during construction.<\/p>\n<p>Here are the beginnings dates for construction of each street:<\/p>\n<p>St. Clair Street (Monument to Fifth St.):\u00a0 April 6<\/p>\n<p>Second Street (Red Cross Lane to Patterson Boulevard): \u00a0April 7<\/p>\n<p>Monument Avenue (St. Clair Street to Webster Street):\u00a0 April 13<\/p>\n<p>Patterson Boulevard (Monument Avenue to Third Street):\u00a0 April 14<\/p>\n<p>First Street (Main Street to Patterson Boulevard): \u00a0April 15<\/p>\n<p>Fourth Street (Robert Drive to St. Clair Street):\u00a0 April 20<\/p>\n<p>Fifth Street (Robert Drive to St. Clair Street):\u00a0 April 21.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Students and staff of Sinclair Community College can count on seeing a lot of\u00a0 neon shirts in the middle of the roadways of downtown Dayton from April 6-28.
