Applications are now open<\/a> for the seventh annual Dayton Battle of the Bands, a series of winter concert competitions that allow local bands and musicians to perform at a premier music venue, reach new audiences, connect with fellow artists and network with music industry professionals. All kinds of musical acts, from bands to solo artists and everything in between, are encouraged to apply, as all genres of music are welcomed, with the sole exception of cover bands, as the Battle of the Bands is intended to feature original local music.<\/p>\n\n\n
