Only one word comes to my mind when describing Ludacris\u2019 new album \u201cBattle of the Sexes\u201d: Predictable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Released on March 9, Luda\u2019s seventh solo album features the same superficial sex talk and materialistic bragging that has filled his previous six CDs, but after more than $15 million records sold, why change now?<\/p>\n

The album starts off with Luda ripping a fast paced intro before jumping into the top-ten single \u201cHow Low\u201d where Luda raps about one of his favorite topics alongside a chipmunk style chorus.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe could go lower than I ever really thought she could\/Face down, (expletive) up\/The top of your booty jiggling out your jeans\/Baby pull your pants up.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ludacris continues his focus on the opposite sex on the track \u201cMy Chick Bad\u201d where he slips in a surprising shot at a certain sex-addicted golfer.<\/p>\n

\u201cI knock a (expletive) out aaand fight\/Comin\u2019 out swingin\u2019 like Tiger Woods\u2019 wife.\u201d<\/p>\n

Luda pokes fun at Tiger again on the intro to \u201cSexting\u201d where he hilariously parodies Tiger asking his lover to change her voicemail.<\/p>\n

Aside from the comedic breaks, the album also features guest appearances by Nicki Manaj, Gucci Mane and Ne-Yo, but no guest artist meshed better with Luda than R&B singer Trey Songz who delivered a sensational hook on the song \u201cSex Room\u201d.<\/p>\n

Right here is where I would usually include some lyrics from the song, but they are just too explicit to be printed in a school newspaper.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately not all songs on the album are as entertaining as \u201cSex Room\u201d. I have no problem with skipping past the uninspired \u201cMy Chick Bad (Remix)\u201d where Luda doesn\u2019t even have one verse or the Flo Rida assisted \u201cI Know You Got A Man\u201d.<\/p>\n

All together Luda delivers another solid, yet unspectacular album with his latest effort \u201cBattle of the Sexes.\u201d<\/p>\n

If there were a list made of the best rappers that never made a classic album, Ludacris would still be near the top.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
