I usually don’t like these kind of movies, but this one is was a great surprise and has become one of my favorites. It came out in December 2022, and is the sequel of the movie “Knives Out,” which was released in September 2019.

The story follows Miles Brown (Edward Norton), a tech billionaire, who invites his friends for a getaway on his private Greek island. But when someone turns out dead, everyone becomes suspicious of each other, but believe me, detective Benoit Blanc (Daniel Craig) is on top of the case. Among other things, the characters were casted very well. The film includes Kate Hudson, Hugh Grant, Kathryn Hahn and the young Madelyn Cline.

This movie will easily keep your attention because you will be implicate in this investigation and will be surprised by a lot of events that you will not see coming. Without spoiler, the truth about the character Andi Brand (Janelle Monae) will be revelated in the flashbacks. My favorite character is Duke Cody, played by Dave Bautista, because there is something touching about him and he is able to be sympathized with.

Overall, I hope this will convince you to watch the movie because it is well worth it.

Oona Ngabonziza, Reporter and Distribution Coordinator

(Featured Image from Netflix)

For those who like action and mystery, you will love the movie “Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery”.
