The festival has been held in the city for 35 years now and continues to bring the internationally recognized genre of music to the Gem City\u2019s streets.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Speaking to The Clarion, the Luv Locz Experiment lead vocalist JayVez said reggae was the group\u2019s \u201cgospel, my release, my strength, my anchor.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cIn any genre you have a spectrum. The Spectrum of Reggae is vast and takes on many forms from dancehall to roots, even Ska,\u201d said JayVez.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cReggae is my vehicle for musical artistic expression.
