The latest installment of the critically acclaimed \u2018Baldur\u2019s Gate\u2019 roleplaying videogame series is
leading a month of major releases in the industry. From the Forgotten Realms\u2019 most notorious
city to robots and the NFL, there\u2019s something for every gamer to sink their teeth into this August.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gamers will once again have an opportunity to head to the Forgotten Realms in the Larian
Studios developed \u2018Baldur\u2019s Gate III\u2019. It will be the first new opportunity for RPG fans to take
on the largest city on the Sword Coast since the launch of \u2018Baldur\u2019s Gate II\u2019 in 2000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fans of football won\u2019t have to wait for long before \u2018Madden 24\u2019 releases. Scheduled to come out
on Aug. 15, this year\u2019s entry in one of the best-selling game franchises takes players back to the
gridiron for more hard tackling fun of the pig-skin variety.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Side-scrolling cult classic \u2018Blasphemous\u2019 returns for a second round of gory, button-mashing
chaos set in the grimdark world fans fell in love with back in 2019. \u2018Blasphemous 2\u2019 is
scheduled to release on Aug. 24.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By far the biggest release of the month however belongs to acclaimed studio FromSofteware Inc.
Last year, their multi-million selling and award-winning soulslke \u2018Elden Ring\u2019 was a
phenomenon that left gamers salivating for more. Their prayers appear to have been answered in<\/p>\n\n\n\n

the form of \u2018Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon\u2019, the studio\u2019s next game. It releases on Aug. 25
and is the first entry in the mecha-based third-person shooter since \u2018Armored Core V: Verdict
Day\u2019 in 2013. True to its heritage, the series\u2019 15th instalment promises to bring back the massive
battles, wide-range of customization, and bleak storylines that are a staple of the franchise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While the quality of each release remains to be seen, there\u2019s certainly no shortage of options to
keep gamers busy throughout August and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
