This week the Ombuddy wants to remind you about the importance of communication. At this point in the semester, you may be experiencing some burnout and fatigue. However, keeping up good communication with your peers, your instructors and your support system is important. Consider making a checklist of people with whom you need to touch base each week \u2013 or even each month. Make sure you are checking in with the people who can help you \u2013 and the people who may need your help as well. And these days, we have various ways of keeping in touch \u2013 email, texting, calling, and visiting!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
