\u00a0 \u00a0The City of Dayton is in the middle of a two month water main replacement project on Fourth and Fifth St. The project began on March 4, and will affect Sinclair\u2019s Dayton campus, as traffic will be reduced to one lane on these streets.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0Sinclair students and employees are encouraged to enter the Lot A parking garage from the rear entrance off of Mead Street. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0Fifth St. access to lot D will remain open during the construction.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0Lot B and lot C (the conference center) will still be accessible, as well as the Health Sciences Center dental clinic parking.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0RTA bus services will be maintained throughout the project, though drive times may be increased during high traffic times.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0This project is a scheduled replacement project that is not related to the recent water main break during February. Quality of drinking water will not be affected during the maintenance.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0The project is being done in coordination with the college\u2019s plan to redevelop Fourth and Fifth St. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0The Sinclair portion of the project will commence immediately after the completion of the city\u2019s water main replacement project. Updates will be provided by the college when appropriate, according to a alert sent to student emails by Senior Vice President, Scott Markland, Ph.D.<\/span><\/p>\n
