This fall brings the return of many fan favorites as well as new shows making their small screen debut.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">First up is the latest from Marvel Television with \u201cInhumans\u201d<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">on September 1 in IMAX theatre locations. Later in the month, on September 29, the show will premiere on ABC as a weekly regular. Fans of Marvel\u2019s \u201cIron Fist\u201d and \u201cDexter\u201d may recognize the writing in the show as the work of Scott Buck. The first two episodes of the show will be exclusively in IMAX.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On September 1, \u201cNarcos\u201d returns to Netflix for its third season. This season will follow the remains of Pablo Escobar\u2019s cartel after the shocking season two finale. The focus will now be on the new villains of the show \u2013 The Cali Cartel, lead by the Rodriguez brothers. The new season promises to be brutal and bloodthirsty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cBelow Deck\u201d will be making its return to Bravo on September 5 for the fifth season of the reality show<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> This season will showcase a more greenhorn crew, however promises to have plenty of hooking up and dramatic feuding.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Also premiering it\u2019s seventh season on the 5<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is \u201cAmerican Horror Story\u201d with its new installation \u201cAHS: Cult\u201d. The new season of the show focuses around the 2016 election, although the show\u2019s creator Ryan Murphy promises that it won\u2019t just be a retelling of the events of the election. Fan favorites Evan Peters and Sarah Paulson will be playing the leading roles with several familiar faces returning to the screen as well as some new ones.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">AMC\u2019s \u201cFear the Walking Dead\u201d returns Sunday, September 10. Unlike most of the shows on this list, \u201cFear the Walking Dead\u201d<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">won\u2019t be premiering a new season, but continuing the second half of season three. The second half will focus on the survivors as they attempt to return to the U.S. to escape the zombie-infested Mexico.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On September 21, \u201cGotham\u201d<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">returns to Fox with its fourth season. This season, Professor Pyg makes his debut. Three new characters will be added as well. Cherry, a fight club owner played by Marina Benedict and Alex Winthrop, the \u2018bookish grandson of a museum operator whom Bruce comes in contact with\u2019 played by Benjamin Stockham. Crystal Reed will be joining the show as Sophia Falcone, daughter of Don Falcone. Her character has been brought on to help deal with the Penguin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">September 27 is a big day for television with the return of several shows as well as premieres of new ones. \u201cEmpire\u201d<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">will be returning to Fox for its fourth season. This season will include less guest stars, instead returning focus to the original Lyon family. \u201cSurvivor\u201d returns this night as well as \u201cCriminal Minds\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">October is gearing up to be a big month for television as well. On Sunday, October 1, \u201cBob\u2019s Burgers\u201d returns as well as \u201cShark Tank\u201d, \u201cThe Simpsons\u201d and \u201cFamily Guy\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cScandal\u201d returns on Thursday October 5<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for its seventh and final season. This season sees Bellamy Young\u2019s character Mellie Grant as the President of the United States. According to showrunner and creator Shonda Rhimes, this season will leave nothing on the table.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">October 8 and 9 are two big days for The CW with the returns of \u201cSupergirl\u201d, \u201cThe Flash\u201d and \u201cDC\u2019s Legends of Tomorrow\u201d as well as their premier of \u201cValor\u201d on Monday night.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cRiverdale\u201d returns to The CW on Wednesday, October 11 for its second season. This season picks up where we last left off, after Archie\u2019s dad was shot. Ross Butler, who played Reggie, is out due to ongoing commitments with Netflix for \u201c13 Reasons Why\u201d, with Charles Melton (Mr. Wu on \u201cAHS: Hotel\u201d) to take on the role.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThe Walking Dead\u201d returns on October 22, and \u201cStranger Things\u201d makes its return on October 27. As with most Netflix shows, the entire season will release at midnight on the site, making it instantly binge-able for anyone ready to dive back into the 80\u2019s and see what the Upside Down has in store. Will is having trouble fitting back into his old life after the events of the previous season, and this will play heavily into the events of the new season. It\u2019s now 1984, and the kids are back with a bigger enemy to face than ever before.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This fall is shaping up to be an interesting one for TV with a huge list of new and returning shows.
