Snoop Dogg released a new music video last week that incurred controversy and, on President Donald Trump\u2019s part, wrath.<\/span><\/p>\n

The satirical music video featured Snoop Dogg and a clown named Ronald Klump. Snoop Dogg is seen aiming a gun at the clown.<\/span><\/p>\n

Trump took opposition to the video on Twitter saying, \u201cCan you imagine what the outcry would be if @SnoopDogg, failing career and all, had aimed and fired the gun at President Obama? Jail time!\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Rapper Bow Wow tweeted out his defense of Snoop Dogg\u2019s video.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAyo @realDonaldTrump shut your punk [expletive] up talking [expletive] about my uncle @SnoopDogg before we pimp your wife and make her work for us.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n

FOX News\u2019 Kimberly Guilfoyle stated that she would like the Secret Service to handle the problem and \u201ckill them.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI think it would be fantastic if they got a visit from the Federal Marshals and then let\u2019s see how tough and gangster they are now,\u201d she said.<\/span><\/p>\n

Snoop Dogg is not the only celebrity in recent months to stand against Trump and to draw the attention of the President on Twitter.<\/span><\/p>\n

Meryl Streep has been highly outspoken against Trump and has even dressed up as him for satirical purposes. Trump has called her \u201coverrated\u201d and said that she is \u201ca Hillary flunky who lost big.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Saturday Night Live, who is known for taking a humorous look at events, has used actors like Alec Baldwin to portray Trump and Melissa McCarthy to portray Press Secretary Sean Spicer.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c@NBCNews is bad but Saturday Night Live is the worst of NBC. Not funny, cast is terrible, always a complete hit job. Really bad television!\u201d Trump wrote on Twitter.<\/span><\/p>\n

Snoop Dogg has remained silent on the matter, but <\/span><\/p>\n

he did give an interview with Billboard that expressed his thoughts on the President and he has taken recent stands against gun violence.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWhen I be putting [expletive] out, I don\u2019t ever expect or look for a reaction,\u201d he said. \u201cI just put it out because I feel like it\u2019s something that\u2019s missing. Any time I drop something, I\u2019m trying to fill in a void. I feel like it\u2019s a lot of people making cool records, having fun, partying, but nobody\u2019s dealing with the real issue with this [expletive] clown as president.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Actor Mark Wahlberg has criticized celebrities for talking about politics.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cA lot of Hollywood is living in a bubble. They\u2019re pretty out of touch with the common person, the everyday guy out there providing for their family,\u201d he said at a luncheon event.<\/span><\/p>\n
