Sinclair&#8217;s winners include:<!--more--><\/p>\n<ul class=\"unIndentedList\">\n<li> Mike Brigner, associate professor, Paralegal<\/li>\n<li> Pamela Chambers, professor, Criminal Justice<\/li>\n<li> Jessica Minor, assistant professor, American Sign Language<\/li>\n<li> John Parcell, associate professor, Music<\/li>\n<li> Donna Hanshew, assistant professor, Aviation Technology<\/li>\n<li> Russell Marcks, professor, Engineering Technology<\/li>\n<li> Joseph Giardullo, professor, Nursing<\/li>\n<li> Debra Belcher, associate professor, Physical Therapy Assistant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The annual award honor the &#8220;world&#8217;s best in higher education,&#8221; including faculty, staff and administration.
