The application is then denied and sent back for correction. Online learning requires a prerequisite

Beginning Nov. 7, students wishing to register for online courses will have to complete How to Succeed in an Online Course (HTS), an online prerequisite course. The prerequisite will be required for Sinclair Community College students who are registering for online courses for the first time in Winter Quarter 2012, according to Distance Learning Program Coordinator Elizabeth Burns. Out of the frying pan and into the lawn mower

When lawn mowers are humming about the landscape at Sinclair Community College, the air is filled with the smell of french fries. For the last three years, the lawn equipment at Sinclair has been run on the processed waste oil from Aramark’s Sinclair campus kitchens. The oil is brought from the kitchens to the Center for Energy Education lab in Building 11. Fast Forward program receives Program of the Year award

The Fast Forward program has been awarded the 2011 Program of the Year award by the International Association for Truancy and Dropout Prevention (IATDP). The award was presented to the program at the IATDP annual conference in Myrtle Beach, S.C. earlier this year. Sinclair provides displaced workers benefits

As a result of the recent economic recession, a group of students has entered Sinclair Community College who may have thought they were either finished with school or never thought they would attend college in the first place.
