The heart of it all

We have debated about what to write for the Clarion Consensus. Typically, we sit down and brainstorm current events and issues going on in the world and attempt to tie it into Sinclair related events. But recently, what has been on our hearts is the library. We believe the Sinclair Community College library is the heart of Sinclair because of it’s desire to keep students thriving. Dayton Reds Rookie Success League

The Dayton Reds Rookie Success League offers nutrition for the mind and body. It also hopes to build character in community youth, according to Shannon Webster, Sinclair Community College alumnus. Webster said she is proud to have graduated this spring with her associates degree, as well as completing her internship through Sinclair. Sinclair’s Fieldhouse closed for summer

The Sinclair fieldhouse is under construction for summer term in order to replace the floor that has been down since its original construction in 1974. On Jan. 9, 1983, a large water main burst under Robert Drive causing a flood that left significant damage to Sinclair’s lower levels.  Four days later, the water main burst again. Sinclair twins skate at Kings Island

Brooke and Beth Johnson-Johns appear to be typical Sinclair Community College students. But they have a hidden talent.
